Prayas has zero tolerance towards sexual harassment of women at workplace, and has formed an Internal committee as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Prayas POSH policy is accessible in English and Marathi.
